Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and carefully prepared for shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (weight-based) — rates calculated at checkout
- Free Shipping on orders over $150
We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days after processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days at tabitha.uniquebydesign@gmail.com. We'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
